I am your one stop shop for all things health, nutrition, and fitness. I will work with you to come up with a personalized meal plan that fits your lifestyle, along with custom workouts that you enjoy, and that can be modified to fit your goals.

While I was finishing my Bachelors of Health Science, I completed my first 26.2 mile marathon in under 4 hours at the age of 21. During my senior year of college, while balancing my classes, my social life, and work schedule, I learned how to prioritize and maintain my health to compete in my race. This was a vital time where I truly felt how important fitness is to me.

After college, I started my career doing sales in the athletic footwear industry. I then began to pivot to follow my passions: earning my certificates as I immersed myself in the fitness world. I became a Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200. I began teaching hot yoga classes and personal training for a wide range of clients at a private gym.

Over the years I have fallen in love with the process of feeling my best by taking care of my body. I’ve come to find that I equally love watching others fall in love with the process themselves and have their own transformations. I have tried numerous diets and have come up with a streamlined approach to health and fitness. The main thing I’ve found: your diet needs to be sustainable, enjoyable, and customizable to you and your body.
